Sautéed Noodles with Chicken & Mushrooms

Sweet soy sauce
1/2 tbsp
Fish sauce

- Step 1
Cut the chicken into strips. - Step 2
Add the chicken to a bowl with the grated garlic, 1/2 tablespoon of teriyaki sauce and 1/2 tablespoon of fish sauce. Generously season with pepper and mix. Set aside while preparing the rest. - Step 3
Peel and then dice the onion. - Step 4
Peel and then cut the carrot into thin matchsticks. - Step 5
Wash and thinly slice the mushrooms. - Step 6
Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain, rinse under gold water and drain again. - Step 7
Add a drizzle of oil to a large pan or wok on medium-high heat. Once hot, add the onion, grated ginger, carrots, mushrooms and chicken. Cook for 5 minutes. - Step 8
Add the noodles, the rest of the sauce and lightly salt. Cook for 5 more minutes on high heat, until heated throughout. - Step 9
Taste and season if necessary. Serve in bowls topped with sesame seeds and fresh herbs (optional). Enjoy!
