Chicken breast

250 g
Asparagus (fresh)

2 tbsp
Soy sauce

1 clove
Garlic

1/2 tbsp
Honey

5 g
Corn starch

Break the ends off of the asparagus. - Step 2
Cut the asparagus in 2-inch pieces. Set aside. - Step 3
Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces. - Step 4
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan and add the asparagus with a few splashes of water. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. - Step 5
In the meantime, mix the soy sauce, honey, grated garlic and cornstarch in a bowl. - Step 6
After 10 minutes, add the chicken to the pan. Mix and cook for 8 more minutes. - Step 7
Lower the heat and add the sauce. Mix and let cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens. - Step 8
Serve in a shallow dish and season with salt & pepper to your liking. Enjoy!
