  • Step 1
    Peel and dice the potatoes.
  • Step 2
    Boil the potatoes for 15 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Cook your hot dogs for 6 minutes in boiling water.
  • Step 4
    Stop cooking the potatoes: they should be tender. (Cook for 2 minutes longer if this is not the case). Crush the potatoes using a fork, adding the milk, butter, salt and pepper.
  • Step 5
    Servez les knack et la purée. Ajoutez quelques herbes fraîches si vous en avez. C'est prêt !
