Toulouse sausage
150 g
Green beans (frozen)
200 g
Sweet potato
1/2
Red onion
1 tsp
Whole grain mustard
1 tbsp
Crème fraîche

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Peel the sweet potatoes then cut them into small cubes. - Step 2
Peel then cut the red onion into quarters. - Step 3
On a baking sheet covered with baking paper, add the sweet potatoes and red onion. Add a good drizzle of olive oil. Salt, pepper and mix altogether. - Step 4
Arrange the sausages on top. Season with olive oil, salt and pepper, then bake for 20 minutes at 200°C. - Step 5
Take the tray out of the oven. Add the green beans and turn the sausages. Bake for another 15-20 minutes at 200°C. - Step 6
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by mixing the crème fraîche and whole-grain mustard. - Step 7
Serve everything with the mustard sauce. It's ready !
