  • Step 1
    Cook the pasta of your choice (we used spaghetti!) according to the instructions on the box.
  • Step 2
    In a large frying pan or pot on medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. Add half of the sardines and mash them using a wooden spoon. Add the pine nuts and raisins and cook for 2 minutes. Add the cooked pasta, salt & pepper, and mix to combine.
  • Step 3
    Serve with parmesan cheese and the remaining sardines and it's ready to eat!
