Wash the radishes and cut them into thin slices. Peel the avocados and cut them into strips. - Step 2
Cut the sardines lengthwise to remove the bone, if desired. - Step 3
In a salad bowl, make the dressing by mixing the lemon juice and zest, 1 tablespoon of olive oil per person, salt, pepper, mix. - Step 4
Add the salad, radish, sardines and avocado to the salad bowl, mix and enjoy!
