Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Drain at the end of the cooking. - Step 2
Thinly slice the onion. - Step 3
Mince the garlic. - Step 4
Slice the pepper into strips. - Step 5
Heat a pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Add the veggies and cook for 5 minutes. - Step 6
Add the cherry tomatoes, a tablespoon of water per person and cook for 5 minutes, covered. - Step 7
Meanwhile, slice the beef into thin strips. - Step 8
Place it in a bowl with the soy sauce, sugar and grated ginger. - Step 9
After 10 minutes of cooking, add the beef and sauce to the pan. Sauté for 3 minutes. - Step 10
Serve the beef with the rice. Season with salt and pepper. (Optional: add cilantro). Enjoy!
