  • Step 1
    If needed, defrost your salmon. In a shallow dish, add the salmon, olive oil, turmeric, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix together and set aside.
  • Step 2
    Meanwhile, cut the broccoli into florets.
  • Step 3
    Cook the broccoli for 10 minutes in a pot of boiling water.
  • Step 4
    While the broccoli is cooking, cook the salmon (skin side down) on high heat for 2 minutes.
  • Step 5
    Lower the temperature and cook the salmon on the other side for 3 minutes.
  • Step 6
    Serve the salmon with the broccoli, an extra squeeze of lemon juice, salt and pepper and enjoy!
