Salmon (fresh)
50 g
Greek Yogurt (plain)
70 g
Wheat berries
1/2 tsp
Garam masala
1 pinch
Cumin (ground)
1/4 clove

- Step 1
Using a knife, delicately remove the skin and cut the salmon into cubes. - Step 2
Mix the greek yogurt, garam masala, cumin and grated garlic in a medium-sized bowl. - Step 3
Add the salmon to the marinade, mix to combine and refrigerate for 20 minutes. - Step 4
In the meantime, cook the grains according to the instructions on the package (about 10 minutes in a pot of salted boiling water). Drain and set aside. - Step 5
Preheat the oven to 200°C. On a baking sheet covered in parchment paper, add the salmon cubes. Season with salt & pepper and bake for 10 minutes. - Step 6
Remove the salmon from the oven and serve it with the grains. Optional: add some shredded mint leaves. Enjoy!
