Leeks
1 slice
Smoked salmon
100 ml
Heavy cream
20 g

- Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C. Thinly slice the leeks and rinse them. - Step 2
Add a pat of butter to a frying pan and fry the leeks for 10 minutes over medium heat. - Step 3
In the casserole dish make layers of ravioli, leeks, salmon, and cream. - Step 4
Make 3 layers. Finish with the rest of the cream, cheese, salt and pepper. - Step 5
Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C. - Step 6
Serve on it's own or with a side salad. Enjoy!
