Salmon (fresh)
50 g
Country bread
150 g
Tomato
1 handful
Arugula
1/4 clove

- Step 1
Preheat a frying pan on medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Cook the salmon for 5 minutes, flipping it halfway through. - Step 2
While the salmon is cooking, cut the tomatoes in quarters (or halves depending on their size). In a bowl, mix together the tomatoes and arugula with a drizzle of olive oil, vinegar, salt & pepper. - Step 3
Cut the bread into cubes to make croutons and finely dice the garlic. - Step 4
Once cool enough to handle, break up the salmon into pieces and place it on top of the salad. - Step 5
Add a drizzle of olive oil to a frying pan on medium heat. Add the garlic and croutons and cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Add to the salad and mix together. Enjoy!
