Crack eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper and beat - Step 2
Add a pat of butter to a pan on medium heat (or a drizzle of olive oil), add the beaten eggs - Step 3
Cook over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes, breaking up the bottom of the omelet with a spatula to facilitate cooking. - Step 4
Add the cheese by crumbling it on top and the salmon then close the omelet. - Step 5
Serve the omelet with the salad seasoned with your favorite dressing, add salt and pepper, it's ready!
