recipe

  • Step 1
If needed, defrost your salmon. Wash the pepper, remove the seeds & slice into thin strips.
  • Step 2
Peel & thinly slice the red onion.
  • Step 3
Cut the raw salmon into cubes. In a dish, add the salmon & half of the taco seasoning. Toss to coat.
  • Step 4
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the bell peppers, sliced onion & remaining taco seasoning. Stir & cook for 4-6 min with half a tablespoon of water per serving, to help steam the vegetables. Remove the veggies from the pan & set aside.
  • Step 5
Add another drizzle of oil & the salmon cubes to the pan. Cook over medium heat for 4-5 min. Add a tablespoon of water per serving to create a light sauce.
  • Step 6
Add the veggies back into the pan & stir everything together. Season with salt & pepper.
  • Step 7
Heat the tortillas, and add the salmon & veggies on top. Top with fresh cilantro, crème fraîche & lime juice, if you have some. Enjoy !
