  • Step 1
    If using frozen salmon filets, defrost by placing them in a sealed ziplock bag under cold water for 15 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package (about 10 minutes in a pot of boiling water). Drain at the end of cooking.
  • Step 3
    Heat the creamed spinach according to the instructions on the package (about 7-8 minutes in a pan or microwave).
  • Step 4
    In the meantime, melt a dab of butter in a pan.
  • Step 5
    Cook the salmon (skin side down) on high heat for 3 minutes. Season with salt & pepper.
  • Step 6
    Flip the salmon and cook for another 5 minutes on low heat. Turn off the heat, cover and keep warm until ready to serve.
  • Step 7
    Serve the salmon with the rice and spinach. Enjoy!
