Salmon (fresh)
70 g
White rice (long grain)
100 g
Creamed spinach (frozen)

Stovetop, Frying pan, Pot (small), Colander

- Step 1
If using frozen salmon filets, defrost by placing them in a sealed ziplock bag under cold water for 15 minutes. - Step 2
Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package (about 10 minutes in a pot of boiling water). Drain at the end of cooking. - Step 3
Heat the creamed spinach according to the instructions on the package (about 7-8 minutes in a pan or microwave). - Step 4
In the meantime, melt a dab of butter in a pan. - Step 5
Cook the salmon (skin side down) on high heat for 3 minutes. Season with salt & pepper. - Step 6
Flip the salmon and cook for another 5 minutes on low heat. Turn off the heat, cover and keep warm until ready to serve. - Step 7
Serve the salmon with the rice and spinach. Enjoy!
