- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the potatoes into fries and add them to a bowl of water. - Step 2
Drain and then mix the fries with 1 tablespoon of olive oil per person. Season with salt & pepper and mix. - Step 3
Arrange the fries on a baking dish. Bake for 40 minutes at 200°C. - Step 4
Mix the crème fraîche with lemon juice in a small bowl. Optional: add chopped chives - Step 5
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and the skin. - Step 6
In a bowl, mash the avocado using a fork and season with salt & pepper. (Optional: add a squeeze of lemon juice). Mix to combine. - Step 7
5 minutes before the fries are done, cook the salmon. Add a drizzle of olive oil to a pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side, seasoning with salt & pepper. - Step 8
Optional: toast the buns for 15-30 seconds, until lightly golden. - Step 9
Spread the cream on the inside of the bun, add the spinach, the cooked salmon and avocado. Close the burger. - Step 10
Serve the burger with the fries. Optional (Add some chopped chives on top of the fries). Enjoy!
