    Preheat the oven to 200°C. Roll out the pastry into a pie dish and precook it for 5 to 7 minutes in the oven.
  • Step 2
    Meanwhile, wash and chop the broccoli into florets.
  • Step 3
    Cook for 2 minutes in a pot of boiling water.
  • Step 4
    In a salad bowl, beat the eggs together with the crème fraîche, adding salt and pepper.
  • Step 5
    Add the broccoli bits and roughly chopped salmon on top of the golden pastry.
  • Step 6
    Pour the mixture on top.
  • Step 7
    Add the crumbled goat cheese on top.
  • Step 8
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. The tart should be nice and golden.
