recipe
- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Roll out the pastry into a pie dish (we used a 31cm dish here) & precook it for 5 to 7 minutes in the oven. - Step 2
Meanwhile, wash & chop the broccoli into florets. - Step 3
Cook for 2 minutes in a pot of boiling water. - Step 4
In a salad bowl, beat the eggs together with the crème fraîche. Season with salt & pepper. - Step 5
Add the broccoli bits and roughly chopped salmon on top of the golden pastry. - Step 6
Pour the mixture on top. - Step 7
Add the crumbled goat cheese on top. - Step 8
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. The tart should be nice and golden. Enjoy !
