  • Step 1
    If needed, defrost your salmon. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash and chop the broccoli into florets, chopping in half if they're too large.
  • Step 2
    Mix the maple syrup and soy sauce in a bowl.
  • Step 3
    Add the broccoli to a baking tray covered in aluminium paper or an oven-proof dish.
  • Step 4
    Pour 2/3 of the sauce on top, along with a bit of olive oil and pepper. Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Step 5
    Once the 10 minutes are up, add the salmon fillets to another tray.
  • Step 6
    Cover with the rest of the sauce. Bake for 10 more minutes.
  • Step 7
    Season and serve!
