- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 230°C. Bake the pizza dough for 10 minutes or until golden grown. - Step 2
While the dough is baking, mix together the cream cheese, lemon juice, half of the lemon zest, salt & pepper. - Step 3
Cut the avocado into thin slices. - Step 4
Take the dough out of the oven and spread the cream cheese mixture, leaving a small border for the crust. - Step 5
Add the slices of smoked salmon, the avocado, arugula, the rest of the lemon zest, a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper. Enjoy!
