Wash the potatoes and cut them in 2 or 4. - Step 2
In a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil, season with salt and pepper and sauté for 5 minutes. - Step 3
Cover and cook on a low heat for 10 minutes. - Step 4
Meanwhile, cook the eggs in a pot of boiling water (3 minutes for quail eggs and 10 minutes for chicken eggs). - Step 5
Place them in a bowl of cold water to stop cooking further, peel them and cut them in half. - Step 6
