Rustic Onion & Raclette Tart

Yellow onion
1/6 tbsp
Whole grain mustard

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Remove the outer layers of the onion and then thinly slice. Add the onion to to a pan on medium-high heat with a dab of butter and cook for 8 minutes. - Step 2
Mix the cream, mustard and a pinch of salt & pepper. - Step 3
Cut the cheese into small pieces. Roll out the pie crust onto a baking dish. Spread the mustard-cream sauce, leaving a 1-inch border. Top with the onions, cheese and fresh pepper. Fold in the edges towards the center. - Step 4
Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes, until the cheese is nice and golden. - Step 5
Serve with a green salad and enjoy! (Optional: Try a salad dressing made with ancient grain mustard and olive oil)
