Preheat the oven to 200°C. Peel and chop the onions. - Step 2
Fry them in a pan with a knob of butter. Add a little water, cover and let simmer for 5 minutes. - Step 3
Meanwhile, mix the crème fraîche, mustard and a pinch of salt and pepper. - Step 4
Remove the lid onions and cook another 5 minutes. Salt, pepper. - Step 5
Cut the raclette cheese into small cubes - Step 6

Eat with a dressed green salad, mixing 1 teaspoon of whole grain mustard with 1 tablespoon of olive oil per person.
