  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 200°C. Peel and chop the onions.
  • Step 2
    Fry them in a pan with a knob of butter. Add a little water, cover and let simmer for 5 minutes.

    Meanwhile, mix the crème fraîche, mustard and a pinch of salt and pepper.

    Remove the lid onions and cook another 5 minutes. Salt, pepper.
