Tomato
1/2 clove
Garlic

Red onion

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash & slice the tomatoes into quarters. - Step 2
Peel & cut the red onions into quarters. - Step 3
Add tomatoes, onions, garlic & rosemary to a baking dish. Add salt, pepper & a good drizzle of olive oil. Bake for 35-40 min at 200°C. - Step 4
Once the vegetables are well-cooked & browned, remove the dish from the oven. - Step 5
Add the tomatoes & roasted onions to a blender. Squeeze in the roasted garlic & add the previously washed basil leaves. Mix everything until smooth* It's ready! *Consult our tips for this step
🥣 Batchcooking tip
To keep your tomato sauce longer, pour it into sterilized jars. Seal the jars tightly and store them away from light and heat. Consume them within 12 months!
