Sweet potato
30 g
Roquefort Cheese
10 g
Walnuts

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Wash the sweet potatoes. - Step 2
Place them on a baking sheet (poke a few times with a fork to cook faster) and bake for 40 minutes at 425°F. - Step 3
After 40 minutes, take the sweet potatoes out of the oven. - Step 4
Cut them in half the long way. - Step 5
Add the crème fraîche, blue cheese and walnuts. Add salt & pepper to taste. - Step 6
Bake for an additional 5 minutes. - Step 7
Remove the sweet potatoes from the oven and serve with some lightly dressed salad. Enjoy!
