Cherry tomatoes

40 g
Chorizo (cured)

1/4 clove
Garlic

1/10 bunch
Basil (fresh)

If needed, defrost your salmon. Preheat the oven to 230°C. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. - Step 2
Cut the chorizo into thin slices. - Step 3
In an ovenproof dish, pour the cherry tomatoes. Add the grated or minced garlic, the basil leaves (reserve some for the final touch), and a drizzle of olive oil. - Step 4
Ajoutez les tranches de chorizo, une pincée de sel et de poivre puis mélangez. - Step 5
Place the salmon on top of the vegetables. Season to taste and bake for 20 minutes at 230°C. - Step 6
Remove the dish from the oven and serve with a few handfuls of arugula and a few basil leaves. It's ready to go!
