  • Step 1
    If needed, defrost your salmon. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Wash the asparagus, then snap off the ends. Cut each spear into 2-3 pieces depending on how long they are.
  • Step 2
    Place asparagus on a baking sheet. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
  • Step 3
    After 15 minutes, place salmon filets on the baking sheet. Add a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake at 180°C for 12 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Before serving, add some lemon juice and lemon zest. Enjoy!
