Honey

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Peel the pears, cut them in half, and remove the seeds. - Step 2
Place the pears in a baking dish. Add the zest and juice of the lemon. Drizzle with honey and add a teaspoon of butter per portion (optional). Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C. - Step 3
Remove from oven. Place the yogurt and pears in a bowl or shallow dish, sprinkle with sliced almonds and drizzle with honey — it's ready!
