  • Step 1
    Preheat your oven to 240°C. Wash the figs and cut them into quarters.
  • Step 2
    Shell and coarsely crush the pistachios.
  • Step 3
    Put the feta cheese, figs and pistachios in a baking dish. Drizzle with honey and olive oil, and season with salt & pepper.
  • Step 4
    Bake for 15 minutes. Serve with a dressed salad, and enjoy!
