- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Peel and slice the onion. - Step 2
Wash the cherry tomatoes and place them in an ovenproof dish. Add the sliced onions and gnocchi. Season with salt and pepper and add a drizzle of olive oil. - Step 3
Place the feta cheese in the middle of the dish, sprinkle with herbs de Provence (oregano, thyme, rosemary.) and drizzle olive oil over the top. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C. - Step 4
Take the dish out of the oven, mix everything together and serve. Enjoy!
