Corn on the cob
1/2 tsp
Harissa (paste)
1 tbsp
Maple syrup
30 g
Feta cheese (block)
1/8 bunch
Parsley (fresh)
1/4 clove

- Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F (210°C). In a bowl, grate the garlic. Add the harissa, maple syrup and 1 tablespoon of olive oil per person. Season with salt and pepper and mix. - Step 2
Wash and dry the corn cobs. If using fresh corn, tie the leaves at the base of the cob and cut off a portion. - Step 3
Brush corn on the cob with the sauce and place on a baking sheet. - Step 4
If using fresh corn, bake for 25 minutes, turning the corn halfway through. If using vacuum-packed and it's already pre-cooked, grill for 3 to 4 minutes. - Step 5
Was and coarsely chop the parsely. - Step 6
Take the corn out of the oven, sprinkle with crumbled feta, parsley and enjoy. It's ready!
