Roasted Cauliflower with Yogurt Sauce

Greek Yogurt (plain)
1 wedges
Lemon
1 pinch
Cumin (ground)

- Step 1
Preheat the oven on grill mode. If needed, remove the outer leaves of the cauliflower. Wash & slice the cauliflower into florets.* Slice the florets into halves or quarters, depending on their size. *Check out our tips for this step - Step 2
In a pot of salted boiling water, pre-cook the cauliflower 8 min. Drain the cauliflower. - Step 3
On a parchment paper lined sheet tray, add the cauliflower. Season with a drizzle of olive oil, sesame seeds (optional), salt & pepper. Bake for 10 min on grill mode. - Step 4
Meanwhile, prepare the yogurt sauce. In a small bowl, combine : the greek yogurt, 1 teaspoon of olive oil per serving, the ground cumin & lemon juice. Season with salt & pepper. - Step 5
Once golden & crisp, remove the cauliflower from the oven. - Step 6
Serve the roasted cauliflower topped with the yogurt sauce & some fresh coriander, if you have some. Re-season to taste & enjoy !
