  • Step 1
    Preheat your oven to 100°C. Remove the paper from the camembert and put it back in its case with the lid underneath.
  • Step 2
    Make a cross-shaped incision on the top of the cheese (on the surface so that it does not run too much during cooking).
  • Step 3
    Bake the camembert in the oven for 20 min in a mould or on a baking tray protected with baking paper or aluminium foil.
  • Step 4
    Once the cooking is finished: the camembert should be runny throughout, slide a knife in to make sure.
  • Step 5
    Serve immediately with the bread to dip.
