  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the squash into cubes.
  • Step 2
    In a pot of boiling water, cook the mixed grains according to package instructions, together with the squash.
  • Step 3
    Slice the sausage into rounds.
  • Step 4
    Peel and quarter the onion.
  • Step 5
    Add the spinach to the pot with the squash and grains 2 minutes before cooking is done. When the time is up, drain everything together.
  • Step 6
    Transfer the squash, grains and spinach to a small baking dish and add the onion and sausage.
  • Step 7
    Add a drizzle of olive oil, season to taste and mix.
  • Step 8
    Bake for 25 minutes at 200°C.
  • Step 9
    Serve hot!
