Ravioli (spinach and ricotta)
2 handfuls
Spring mix lettuce
15 g
Comté cheese
10 g
Pine nuts
1 tsp
Balsamic vinegar

- Step 1
Cook the ravioli according to the instructions on the package. - Step 2
To make the dress, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt & pepper together in a large bowl. - Step 3
Add the salad to the dressing and toss to combine. - Step 4
When the ravioli are done, drain and add to the bowl with the salad. - Step 5
Slice the cheese into bite-sized pieces and add them to the salad. - Step 6
Add the pine nuts. Optional: toast the pine nuts in a pan for a few minutes to release even more flavor! - Step 7
Add salt & pepper and enjoy!
