Ravioli (Spinach & ricotta)
2 handfuls
Spring mix lettuce
15 g
Comté cheese
10 g
Pine nuts
1 tsp
Balsamic vinegar

- Step 1
In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instruction. Once cooked through, drain the pasta & bring it to room temperature by passing it under cold water. - Step 2
Prepare the vinaigrette.* In a salad bowl, mix : 1 tablespoon of olive oil per person with the balsamic vinegar. Season with salt & pepper to taste. *Check out our tips for this step - Step 3
Add the salad to the dressing & toss to combine. - Step 4
When the ravioli are done, drain and add to the bowl with the salad. - Step 5
Add the sliced comté cheese on top followed by the pine nuts (optional : toast the pine nuts for more flavor). Seaosn with salt & pepper & enjoy !
😋 Gourmet tip
For a truly flavoursome dish, replace the balsamic vinaigrette with a honey or pesto one & the comté with parmesan cheese, to change things up a bit.
