Cherry tomatoes
40 g
Ricotta cheese
1/4 clove
Garlic

1/10 bunch
Basil (fresh)

- Step 1
In a hot pan, add a drizzle of olive oil and the cherry tomatoes. Season with salt and cook for 3 minutes on high heat. Cover and cook on low for 5 more minutes. - Step 2
In the meantime, add the ricotta, grated garlic, salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil in a bowl. Whisk until combined and creamy. Set aside. - Step 3
After 5 minutes, remove the tomatoes from the heat. - Step 4
Toast the bread in a toaster or in the oven. - Step 5
Spread the ricotta mixture on the toasts. - Step 6
Add the cherry tomatoes on top. - Step 7
Season with salt & pepper according to your taste and add some fresh basil (optional). Enjoy!
