Kidney beans (canned)

1/4 clove
Garlic

Red onion

1/2 tsp
Cumin (ground)

50 ml
Heavy cream

Peel and chop the garlic. - Step 2
Dice the onions. - Step 3
Add a drizzle of olive oil to a pot on medium-high heat. Add the onion, garlic and cumin and cook for 2 minutes. - Step 4
Add the red beans, with 1/2 cup of water per person. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. - Step 5
Add the cream and lemon zest (optional: add some cilantro). Season with salt & pepper, serve and enjoy!
