- Step 1
Cook the ravioli in a pot of hot water, according to pack instructions. Drain once cooked. - Step 2
Cut the sun-dried tomatoes and artichokes into thin strips. - Step 3
Add a drizzle of olive oil to a frying pan over medium heat. Add the ravioli, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, capers, artichoke hearts, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat. - Step 4
Serve the ravioli with parmesan shavings. Enjoy!
