Crème fraîche
100 g
White mushrooms (whole)
1/4 clove
Garlic

1/2 tbsp
Cognac
1/2 tbsp
Parmesan (grated)

- Step 1
Wash and slice the mushrooms. - Step 2
Peel and slice the garlic. - Step 3
In a frying pan, add a knob of butter and sauté the garlic and mushrooms for 10 minutes on a medium heat. - Step 4
Meanwhile, in a large pot of hot water, cook the ravioli, according to the instructions on the packet. - Step 5
(Optional: remove the pan from the heat and add the cognac - and being very careful with the flame. Let it melt for 2 minutes). - Step 6
Add the crème fraîche and stir well. - Step 7
Add the ravioli. Mix and cook for 2 more minutes. Season. - Step 8
Serve, add parmesan cheese, voilà !
