  • Step 1
    In a pot of boiling water, add the potatoes. Cook for 15 min over medium heat. Drain once cooked through.
  • Step 2
    Serve the 'raclette' cheese & ham on a dish with the prosciutto, salami & pickles.
  • Step 3
    Melt the cheese slices using a raclette machine. Serve the potatoes in a plate with the charcuterie & pickles. Add the melted cheese on the potatoes. Enjoy !

Recipe tip

If you don't have a raclette machine, place the cheese in oven at 200°C grill position for 5 minutes in a gratin dish.
