Method 1 : Put the potatoes in a large pot of cold water. Bring to the boil, lower the heat and cook for 30-45 minutes. Stick a knife in them to check the cooking, it should go in and come out easily. - Step 2
Melt the cheese slices using a raclette machine. - Step 3
Serve with the hot potatoes, meats and some pickles.
Recipe tip
If you don't have a raclette machine, place the cheese in oven at 200°C grill position for 5 minutes in a gratin dish.
