Quinoa
100 g
Mixed vegetables (frozen)

Ginger (fresh)
2 tbsp
Teriyaki sauce

Sriracha sauce

- Step 1
Cook the quinoa according to package instructions. Once cooked through, set aside. - Step 2
Peel the ginger & slice into thin strips.* *Check out our tips for this step - Step 3
Heat a drizzle of oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the frozen veggies, stir & cook until thawed, about 3-4 min. - Step 4
Add in sliced ginger & stir-fry 2 more minutes. - Step 5
Add cooked quinoa to the pan along with teriyaki sauce. Stir-fry 4-5 min, until everything is well combined. - Step 6
Serve hot, garnished with a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds & a drizzle of sriracha to add some heat (optional). Enjoy !

Use a peeler or spoon to peel the ginger skin.
