Peel the apples, then cut them into quarters. - Step 2
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the apples and sugar. If desired, add a pinch of cinnamon (optional). Brown the apples for 5 to 6 minutes, until lightly browned. - Step 3
Serve the pancakes with the caramelized apples and cover everything with the caramel from cooking the apples. It's ready !
