Cinnamon (ground)

Maple syrup

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a bowl add: oats, slivered almonds, pecans, a pinch of coarse salt, oil and maple syrup. Optional: add some cinnamon. Mix together. - Step 2
Add the compote to an ovenproof dish, spreading it out evenly. Add the granola on top. - Step 3
Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes. Once golden, take the crumble out of the oven and leave to cool for at least 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy! - Step 4
Eat hot or cold, alone or with a scoop of ice cream or a dollop of crème fraîche.
