Butter (unsalted)
20 g
Sugar (granulated)

Orange
10 ml
Grand Marnier

Press the orange juice into a glass. Save the skin to zest later on. - Step 2
Add the sugar, orange juice, and Grand Marnier to a pan over medium heat and let it cook for 1 minute. - Step 3
Add the orange zest and reduce for 5 minutes. - Step 4
Add the butter and let it melt over low heat. - Step 5
Dunk the crêpes into the syrup and let them cook for 2 minutes on each side for 2 minutes. - Step 6
Serve the crêpes with a drizzle of Grand Marnier and don't hesitate to flambé it (with caution!) Enjoy!
