  • Step 1
    Cut the carrots into rings.
  • Step 2
    Cut the leeks into rings.
  • Step 3
    Cut the mushrooms into thin slices.
  • Step 4
    Heat the butter or olive oil in a large pot. Cook the vegetables for 3 minutes.
  • Step 5
    Add the shrimp. Add the cream (or coconut milk), 1/2 a cup of water per person, and the veal stock. Season and mix. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Step 6
    Add some lemon juice and serve with a bed of rice (optional). Enjoy !
