Quick and Easy Chicken Stew with Rice

Veal stock

White mushrooms (whole)

Heavy cream
50 g
White rice (long grain)

- Step 1
Wash the vegetables, peel the carrots, cut the carrots into rings. - Step 2
Cut the leeks into rings. - Step 3
Cut the mushrooms into thin slices. - Step 4
Cut the chicken into small chunks. - Step 5
Heat the butter or olive oil in a large pot. Cook the vegetables for 3 minutes. - Step 6
Add the chicken. Cook everything together for 2-3 minutes. - Step 7
Add the cream, 100ml of water per serving & the veal stock. Season and mix. Cover and leave to simmer for 15 minutes. - Step 8
Cook the rice. - Step 9
Serve with the chicken, veggies, and cream sauce. (Optional: You can serve it alone without rice if you want!) Enjoy!
