  • Step 1
    Wash the vegetables, peel the carrots, cut the carrots into rings.
  • Step 2
    Cut the leeks into rings.
  • Step 3
    Cut the mushrooms into thin slices.
  • Step 4
    Cut the chicken into small chunks.
  • Step 5
    Heat the butter or olive oil in a large pot. Cook the vegetables for 3 minutes.
  • Step 6
    Add the chicken. Cook everything together for 2-3 minutes.
  • Step 7
    Add the cream, 100ml of water per serving & the veal stock. Season and mix. Cover and leave to simmer for 15 minutes.

    Cook the rice.
  • Step 9
    Serve with the chicken, veggies, and cream sauce. (Optional: You can serve it alone without rice if you want!) Enjoy!
