  • Step 1
    In a blender, add : the eggs, grated garlic, vinegar & lemon juice. Season with salt & pepper then blend until smooth.
  • Step 2
    Add the olive oil: during the first minute, turn on the blender & add the oil drop by drop. Continue to pour it in larger quantities but always gradually. Enjoy !
