Toast the bread (either in the toaster or in the oven on the broiler setting). - Step 2
While the bread is toasting, wash the tomatoes and cut them into thin slices. - Step 3
Once the bread is toasted, add the tomatoes, slices of mozzarella, and the prosciutto. Season with salt & pepper to taste, and a drizzle of olive oil on top. Enjoy! - Step 4
Optional: Add some fresh basil.
