Flour tortilla (medium)
2 slices
Prosciutto
40 g
Cream cheese
1 handful
Arugula
80 g
Cherries (fresh)

If using fresh cherries, cut them in half and remove the pits. - Step 2
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper. - Step 3
In a pan over medium-high heat, warm the tortilla for 1 minute on each side. - Step 4
Place the tortilla on a plate, spread with the cream cheese and top with the prosciutto, cherries (or cherry jam) and arugula. Season to taste, add a drizzle of olive oil and enjoy!
