Potato
1 tbsp
Crème fraîche
150 ml
Milk (whole)
1 pinch
Nutmeg (ground)
1/4 clove
Garlic

- Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C. Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin, round slices. (by hand or with a mandoline) - Step 2
Chop the garlic. - Step 3
In a saucepan, bring the milk to a boil with the garlic and nutmeg. Lower the heat to medium and add salt & pepper and the potatoes. Simmer for 15 minutes. - Step 4
Add everything to an oven-safe dish with the crème fraîche. Bake for 45 minutes. - Step 5
Serve alone or as a side. Enjoy!
