Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash and cut the cherries in half, removing the pit. - Step 2
Place the pork tenderloin in an oven-safe dish and scatter the cherries around it. Drizzle the cherries with honey. Season with salt & pepper and add a drizzle of olive oil. Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes. - Step 3
Halfway through cooking, flip the pork tenderloin. After 30 minutes, remove from the oven and serve together with a green salad. Enjoy!
