    Thinly slice the fish.
  • Step 2
    Peel and finely slice the shallots.
  • Step 3
    Arrange the sliced fish on a dish. Top with the shallot, lime zest and juice. Add a drizzle of olive oil.

    Add the peppercorns, salt & pepper. Sprinkle the cilantro over the fish. Enjoy!
